After Changing Employee Email Address In OIM, Do not See the New Email Address in Fusion Application (Doc ID 2084401.1)

Symptoms

After changing employees' email address in OIM, the changes are not reflected back to fusion application automatically. Even after running Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes process


Steps to reproduce:

1. Change an user's email in OIM console
2. Run Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes process
3. User get a new email in fusion, but it does not change its original work email (which is not set as primary)
or the user's primary work email never changes


Changes

 Problem user's work email is not set to primary in the beginning, or may have home email as primary before
