Symptoms
Orders submitted from an External Order Capture System CPQ are not created - the order creation is failing with an error:
A cross-referenced value was not found for attribute CURRENCY_CODE in source system XXXXXXX
The error message can be viewed in the DOO Workbench by searching for the order using the - Manage Orchestration Process Exceptions - task, this is described in:- How to View Errors when an Order has Not been created - Order Submitted using Web Service (Doc ID 2162739.1)
