Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, HCM Data Loader

Issue on Location Code

loading data related to Organization business object using HDL and receiving an error regarding Location Code.

The values AAAAAA,0 are not valid for the attribute LocationId.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load organizations  business object using HDL
