404 Error, Not Able To Assign Access Policies To A Role in OIM Console (Doc ID 2087365.1)

When attempting to assign Access Policies to a newly created custom job role,  the access policies page is not displayed, and you will see 404 error

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new job role in OIM console
2. Search for the new role and open it
3. Once the Access Policies button is selected the 404 error is displayed

And you will get same 404 error when accessing Membership Rules, Data Object Permissions links
