BPA: Price Update Is Not Correct (Doc ID 2089205.1)

The change order is successfully imported but the price update that the customer wants to perform does not seem to be taken into account.

The price update that the customer wants to perform should be taken into account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update BPA line price via import. I indicated Price = 9000 in column L “Price”.
2. Run import jobs
3. Change Order has been created and is in status incomplete (as requested). Changes indicate that updated attribute is the following.
“Changed From” is empty instead of showing old price (400)
“Changed To” is correct and shows the new price I specified in the import file.
4. I submitted the change order and after it has been implemented, the price is still the old price.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot analyze correctly the data from the change order form.
