Symptoms

On :  11.1.10.0.0 version, Partner Management

When attempting to check duplicates on Deal registrations
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 141, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deal registration-->
2) select a deal record pending for approval-->actions--> Check for duplicate.
3) The incident was generated
