Category Not Being Added To Requisition Line Of Punchout Catalog (Doc ID 2090306.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to punchout to a external Supplier, the category from the item is not populated.
Then when attempt to Submit Requisition an error occurs.

Due to this issue, users cannot create Requisitions via Punchout.

Category name is required Specify a value for the field



Steps To Reproduce
1. Punchout to Supplier.
2. Add an item to Cart.  
3. On return to Fusion Self Service, find that the Category field for the line is blank.
4. On attempt to Submit Requisition, encounter the reported error.
