Goal
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics - BI Publisher
While displaying or exporting data to text file from a BI Publisher (BIP) report, because of BIP text export in ANSI encoding, the Chinese characters (or other special characters) are replaced with "?" - question mark both in BIP display results page and in exported text file.
When using XML layout or exporting to XML the Chinese characters are displayed correctly.
