Fusion Global HR : Goal Category Field not Available when Adding Library Goal

In Add from Goal Library dialog box, if we click on Add Fields and select and field, nothing happens. The search is not performed.
Is it possible to enter Category for library goal and how? What Category is by default assigned to Library goal?
>> Navigation :-
Log in as HR Specialist.
• Select Manage Goal Library.
• Click Add.
It is not possible to enter Goal Category (there is no such field in the Add Goal Page).
However, when logged in as an Employee:
• Select Add Goal
• Choose Library Goal
• Search by Goal name opens dialog to enter search criteria.
• Basic Search Criteria include Goal Name and Goal Description only.
• Click on Advanced reveals additional fields, Category is among them.
