Fusion Applications BI Publisher : Report Job History screens exhibiting poor performance

We have configured a number of reporting schedules, but the manage schedules screen responds very poorly on the following conditions:
1) Navigate to BI -> select home -> select "report Jobs"
- This does an auto query on all active reporting jobs for the current user, we have scheduled less than 50 and it takes 1-2 minutes ot return the results.
2) If we try to search for specific reports using the available filters, the response is also very slow.
