Symptoms

Participant manager cannot see his direct reports / employees in the Participant Manager Dashboard or in My Team's Compensation

STEPS
1. Log in as the Participant Manager
2. Navigator > Sales Compensation > Click on “My Team’s Compensation” task link
3. Choose the Filter Parameters
4. Click GO and the system just hangs
