Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Print Min-Max Planning Report
Min-Max Planning Error
When running the Print Min Max Planning Report, the process will end in the following error.
The error will occur whether the restock parameter is select Yes or No.
Min-Max planning has been set up for both organization and sub inventory level

The process ran into error, with no output created --> BIP Job Failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Scheduled Processes
2. Run the Print Min Max Planning Report ESS job
3. Job go to error as indicated above
