Fusion Absence Management: Manager Not Receiving Absence Approval Notification

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After enabling approval processing option at absence type level, manager is not receiving notification when direct report records a absence from there log in.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As an employee, go to: Person Management> Add Absence Record
2. Submit, entry was submitted
3. Logged in as Manager and no notifications seen
