Unable To Automerge The Records If The Duplicate Set Has More Than 10 Records (Doc ID 2093868.1)

Symptoms

Issue encountered:

If the duplicate set identified more than 10 records automerge is not working as expected.
This is because the Profile Value ZCH_DI_MERGEREQ_REC_SIZE, which specifies the maximum number of records in duplicate set, processed in automated mode is 10.
This is the default value.
We are unable to edit this option, even with Admin Privileges and hence this limitation.

The Client has a requirement to automerge and some of the duplicate sets goes to 200 or more records.
We need flexibility to increase the value

Changes

 ZCH_DI_MERGEREQ_REC_SIZE default value is 10.
