Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Technology Management - BI & Reporting

When scheduling a BI Publisher report for execution the process stays in a Running state for a period then returns the following error message

Failure of Server APACHE bridge

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Either Run the BI Publisher report online or as a scheduled job
