Revert Transaction is Not Working. There Are Duplicate Transactions From Collection.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Same transaction was re-import and collected.
System did NOT mark the old transaction as OBSOLETE so now there are duplicate transactions in the system.
The previous transaction should have been marked as OBSOLETED status.
When user run "Revert Transaction" program, it will move the obsoleted transaction to the history table.
1. Import and collection transaction # 123
2. Calculate transaction
3. Re-import same transaction # 123
4 Run Collection
5. Run Crediting almost right away
6. Review and see that there are two transactions for the same transaction number, transaction type combination.
