OSN Conversation Count is Displayed as '1' Even Though The User Hasn't Participated in Any Conversation

When an employee logs in to Fusion Applications the conversation count in the OSN panel is displayed as 1, but when the employee accesses that section, he/she is unable to view any active conversation.
