The ConfirmReceiptRequestForAction notification is fired by the Confirm Receipts process.
It generates notifications to the Requester of Self Services Purchase Order if it is past the promised/need by date and
direct delivery is defined or when an invoice is matched to a PO and a quantity/amount receiving hold is applied.
In some cases, users only require notifications when the invoice receiving holds are applied.
Is it possible to prevent the notification firing when the promised/need by dates are passed?
