Coverage end dates incorrect for loss of eligibility (children)
When children lose coverage under the Loss of Eligibility life event (specifically due to reaching age 26), their coverage end dates are not correct. The end date should be the last day of the month in which the child turned 26. Examples: Person 5687 turned 26 on 9/10/15, but the coverage end date is 9/1/15. Person 5702 turned 26 on 9/20/15, but the coverage end date is 8/31/15.
Children should lose coverage under the Loss of Eligibility life event the last day of the month in which the child turned 26.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Benefit Service Center> Process Loss of Eligibility life event
2. See that coverage end-date is incorrect for dependents children
