404 Error When Clicking SignOut in Fusion Application (Doc ID 2100749.1)

Symptoms

Customer gets 404 error after clicking sign out in fusion application or in weblogic console

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Login to fusion application or weblogic admin console

2.  Click Signout

you will get 404 error

Changes

Customer introduce a load balancer in front of the environment
