Fusion Absence Management: The Absence Notification Approval Request is Sent to a Wrong Manager only in Production, Even if Manage Approval Rules are the Same - in Test and Production

The Absence notification approval request is sent to a wrong manager only in production, even if the Manage Approval Rules are the same (in Test and Production environments).
A. In Production:
e.g.: When the employee X submitted on leave request, the notification approval request is sent to manager B. It should be sent to manager A.
The result of the same notification approval in test is correct:
e.g.: When the employee X submitted on leave request, the notification approval request is sent to manager A.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as employee > go to About Me > Time
2. Schedule Absence
3. Choose Absence type
4. Select the date, then Submit
5. The transaction successfully submitted
To check where is the approval is sent, follow the steps:
6. Go to navigator > More Details > Human Capital Management
7. Go to Initiated Tasks
8. See the approval
