The customer has a Custom Object.
The names of the records of this custom object are created automatically via a script, that concatenates multiple values from different fields of this object.
The fields for which the values are pulled to make the name are auto-populated upon creation from values of the Revenue Object.
This Custom Object has Out of The box Validation rule (Prevent duplicate values?) enabled.
Problem is that record names formed in this manner can be duplicated, meaning same name will be put for multiple records.
