Unable To See The Owner Name In Lead Report (Doc ID 2102676.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For some leads only , System shows owner name in the lead record pages but the same is not available in report/dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Leads Owner should be displayed for all leads


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release 10 Classic UI > Leads Qualification > edit leads there is an owner
2. Open customer (non seede) report > Owner Name field is blank for this same lead (with number '167983'
3. Note that most of leads (eg with number '167983') have the owner name displayed in report

Due to this issue, users cannot see lead owner for some leads in report
