Delegated Users cannot choose a different cost center/legal entity or cannot see the project field.
To some users that haven been delegated the responsibility of creating Expense Reports on behalf of another user. The cost center and the legal entity lists are not showing up when entering a new expense item. We have already assigned to these users the Expense Account Allocation Duty application role, but for some users work for others not.
Users having the Expense Account Allocation Duty should be able to create expense reports for different cost centers and legal entities.
