Unable To Create An Entitlement For Newly Provisioned Contacts For Case (Doc ID 2103784.1)

Symptoms

Facing the issue while doing the exercise from 'Oracle Sales Cloud for Implementing and Using Financial Services'.

The issue is faced in part- Create an Entitlement for Newly Provisioned Contacts for Case Subpart- To create an entitlement for newly provisioned contacts for case: (Page 6,7 of the doc).
The issue is faced in step no. 17- Enter Display Name as case, click Search. Click Add All in the Search Results and add the following search results:
_ORAFS_Cases_c
_ORAFS_CaseToContact_c
_ORAFS_CaseToResource_c

After entering the Display Name as case and clicking Search, the above mentioned Search Results are not being displayed.
