Symptoms

Requisition approval is failing and displays below error when clicking Manage Approvals.

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error

 
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login into Fusion
2. Home: Procurement > Purchase Requisitons.
3. Create Requisition.
4. Before submitting for approval click on Manage Approvals.
5. Error occurs.
