Employees are assigned to multiple middle east legal entities - United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman etc.
All legal entities have been defined with the same country - United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Absences types and reasons have been set up for each legal entities and linked to eligibility profiles.
Employees across all legal entities only see absence types and reasons set up for United Arab Emirates.
Behavior: It appears the legal entities -based eligibility profile is over-ridden by employee's legal entities country or employee's legislative information.
