Symptoms

Cost Accounting distributions not getting accounted and posted to GL
Accounting status shows "Excluded from accounting"


STEPS
-----------------------
1) Created Cost Accounting Distributions successfully
2) Run Create Accounting
3) No transactions are accounted or transferred to GL
4) Review the Cost Accounting Distribution UI , the Accounting status shows "Excluded from accounting"
