On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user "john.smith@oracle.com" logs into the customer's environment, he is unable to see the standard "Sales" icon on the SUI dashboard

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user "john.smith@oracle.com" logs into the customer's environment, he should be able to see the standard "Sales" icon on the SUI dashboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to customer's environment
2. Logs in as "john.smith@oracle.com"
3. "Sales" icons are missing on the SUI dashboard.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, John Smith cannot access the "Sales" portion of CRM.
