Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are having increasing difficulties in opening bank statements in the Manage Bank Statements section of the Cash Management Module. Occasionally user can open a bank statement but more often when they click on the bank statement nothing happens. User can repeat the process and it still doesn't work but after multiple tries user can sometimes make it work.
