Symptoms

  

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to synchronize opportunities to Eloqa from Sales Cloud
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In E10 > Settings > Setup > Integration > Inbound, the following AutoSync
got Bad Gateway error:
Get Opportunities - Oracle Sales Cloud
Link Opportunities to Contacts - Oracle Sales Cloud
2. Told client to manually run the Auto Sync, still same error.
3. Check Applog, got the following error message:

Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize opportunities to Eloqa from Sales Cloud
