Unable To Import Supplier Bank Accounts Through FBDI Error: 'Bank Branch Does Not Exist' (Doc ID 2109991.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Set Up CTM-Define Banks, Branches, and Accounts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have created suppliers and now at the time of importing supplier bank accounts through FBDI templates we are getting 'Bank Branch Does Not Exist' error.
However while confirming from the front end we are able to find that the same Bank and Bank Branch are already created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supplier bank accounts should be imported, as the bank branch does exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import supplier bank account through FBDI template.
