On Test REL version, Global Human Resources

Users unable to view skills and qualifications in FUSE page, able to view content by clicking on Edit. Classic UI displays data without issues.

both FUSE and classic UI should show same data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login, Click on About Me
2. Talent Profile, see blank page.
3. Click Edit to display correct data
