Symptoms

User exported out the Credit Hierarchy from stage and tried to import into production and it error.

STEPS
Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Direct Credit Rules
1. Duplicate existing Direct Credit Rule hierarchy without attribute values
2. Manually add back the attributes (without values) criteria to the duplicated structure
3. Export out the structure to generate xml file
4. Import xml file into production via  Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Rule Import Processes

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot move Direct Credit Rules from one instance to another.
