Customizing Formula For Roll Up Quota Calculation (Doc ID 2112931.1)

Goal

You have a requirement to calculate roll up quota in following scenario:

The sales team structure is as follows: Regional Area Manager -> Sales Manager ->Sales Rep 1 and Sales Rep 2.

The quota assigned to them and how much they have achieved are as follows:

Team Member Quota Allocated Achieved Target Individually
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regional Area Manager 100,000 15,000
-> Sales Manager 50,000 10,000
  ->Sales Rep 1 25,000 15,000
  ->Sales Rep 2 25,000 10,000

So the Roll Up quota that you want to have should be as follows:

Team Member Quota Allocated Achieved Target Individually Quota Achieved (As should be calculated in Sales Cloud)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regional Area Manager 100,000 15,000 ((10,000+15,000)+10,000))+15,000
-> Sales Manager 50,000 10,000 (10,000+15,000)+10,000
  ->Sales Rep 1 25,000 15,000 15,000
  ->Sales Rep 2 25,000 10,000 10,000

Currently in sales cloud, the roll up quota for sales manager is calculated as sum of quota achieved by his subordinates, but his individual contribution is not calculated.

You would like to know how to implement this requirement of changing the formula for calculating the roll-up quota?
