How to make Advanced mode as a default mode for absence entry

We have requirement for country US that all the absences should be captured in advanced mode.

We have enabled the advanced mode, but every time employee applies for absence, he gets basic mode window and they have to click advanced mode button to open the window.

How can I make the Advanced mode as a default view?`
Do I have to do any personalization? If Yes, kindly suggest.
If Not, Please suggest the suitable solution.
