Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A BI Agent was sending multiple emails
An agent is created and linked to an OTBI analysis.
When 2 or more different e-mail addresses are supplied,
the agent sends out the report multiple times to each of the e-mail addresses instead of one time only
so each recipient receives multiple emails of the same report
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create new analysis or use existing analysis
2. create new BI Agent to deliver / schedule the analysis
3. run the agent
4. the analysis is being receive twice
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have a discomfort of receiving twice the same analysis output
