When attempting to change line manager for the employee application is erroring out on this transaction.
The issue has started recently.
It does not happen on all pods.
"You must enter a valid value for the Manager ID field."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Employment
2. Click on Manager Details and change Manager's name in the pick list.
3. Get error
