Information in this document applies to any platform.
Have created an user through file based import. The user is created successfully.
Admin is able to see the user by going to the Manage Users UI with the roles assigned correctly as well.
Changed the user password and able to login to the environment by using imported user credentials.
Issue is when going to search result does not find this user in Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Search.
Why we are unable to find this new user in the Participant Snapshot?
