Error when running Enable Dimensions to update new geographies in Territory Proposal (Doc ID 2117768.1)

Symptoms

After changing geographies (zones), to update the changes the job "Manage Territory Geographies" has been run.
When running the Enable Dimensions and Metrics job, a warning occurs, which results in the fact that the newly defined Geographies are not visible in the Territory Proposal Screen.
Due to this issue territories cannot be updated, which is blocking management in setting-up the new sales areas.

As recommended by Support, the following steps were taken:

1. run the Ess job "Refresh Denormalized Time Dimension Table for BI" from Schedule Processes.

2. Once the Ess job is complete, Please run the load and activate from Enable Dimensions.

A new error was generated afterwards: "Synchronization of the dimension with the code Acct failed. Duplicate members with the same integration ID 100000001259543 were found in the dimension source."
