Symptoms

Descriptive Flex Field created in current cloud environment but it is not forwarding to Email approval notification.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Defined the Descriptive Flex Field
2. Submit Requisition for approval
3. Approval Email notification is not having the Descriptive Flex Field (DFF)
