Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion Applications, release 10,
  ADP requires LA Occupational code Requirement  for Quarterly Tax Reporting

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
  ADP is requesting that the Third Quarter Tax Reporting file is configured for the LA Occupational code 2016 requirement. Per ADP:
  • Job title – All employees in LA passed under ‘Z3’ field code, W record, position 550

  Standard occupational code (SOC) position W331-350
  • Format must be 99-9999 or 99-9999.99
  • Required for LA
  • Must be included on the SUI record
  • All employees in LA passed under ‘Q6’ field code, W record, position 331


Steps to reproduce

  LA Occup Reporting Code Setup:
  • Manage Legal Entities > Legal Report Unit HCM > Tax Report Unit: Louisiana State Quarterly Wage Listing Rules Override
  • Person Management Record Details: Manage Person, Mange Employment, Manage Payroll Calculation Information

  The Regional Reporting information section for LA is missing drop down options for the Calculation Component Details.
