Unable to open Excel spreadsheet for Mass Category Changes.

ADFDI-05530: unable to initialize worksheet: Sheet1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Asset > Financial Transactions > Manage Mass Financial Transactions > Click Create Icon
2. Select book and Transaction Type = Category change
3. Enter required fields for batch with category filters in Asset Selection Criteria and Category Details. Note the category descriptions contains delimiter values within the segment values
4. Save and Close and try to open batch in Excel Spreadsheet. Error is prompted.
