Gateway Timeout Error Received While Exporting a Large Number of Opportunities from Opportunity Landing Page

Symptoms

Issue description:

When attempting to export 70.000 Opportunity records from the Opportunities overview page an error message appears with the text:

"Gateway Timeout. The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server" and the records are not successfully exported.

Issue verification:

Issue can be verified by following below steps:

  1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud 
  2. Access the Opportunity landing page from the Simplified User Interface.
  3. Export desired Opportunity records using "Export to Excel' button
