Goal

In Release 11, any changes to the budgetary control balances are automatically transferred to the budgetary control balances Essbase cube for reporting and inquiry. You do not need to set up the automatic transfer process. By default, the automatic transfer process runs every 2 minutes to process any changes to the budgetary control balances. If you want the automatic transfer process to run more frequently, you can reduce the transfer interval to 30 seconds.
