Address Fields On Contact Profile Are Mandatory, But I Can't Find Anything In The Set Up (Doc ID 2123997.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Customer imported contacts
In some cases, only the country was provided when adding addresses for these contacts.

Now, when the user tries to update a contact, the customer cannot save the changes.


ERROR
-----------------------
Address Line 1 (x) You must enter a value.
City (x) You must enter a value.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Contacts with Country as only indicated value for address.
2. In SUI navigate to Contact
3. Update Contact
4. Error occurs due address field not filled out.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update Contacts.
