Fusion Global Payroll: Unable to Schedule the Payroll Flow Between 13:00 To 23:59 Hours

Symptoms

When attempting to set the time to schedule a process to p.m. using military time, the following error occurs:

Error: The number is out of range
The number must be between 1 and 12.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Payroll>Checklist
2. Select the Submit a Process or Report task
3. Select the applicable Legislative Data Group
4. Highlight the Calculate Payroll flow pattern and click Next
5. Enter the required parameters at a minimum and click Next
6. On the Flow Interaction UI, click Next
7. On the Schedule UI, select Using a Schedule and select a Frequency of Once
8. Click on the Calendar icon to open the Select Date and Time pop-up
9. In the time fields, enter 23:45:00
