Fusion Application Upgrade Failed During Rel 7 To Rel 8 Upgrade At Importing Templates And Artifacts (Doc ID 2126583.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Technology Management - Provisioning - LCM - Upgrade

Product hub application powered by Oracle Fusion Application Suite 11.1.7 upgrade effort to bring this suite to current 11.1.9.2 fails to complete following two sub tasks in its 11.1.7 to 11.1.8 upgrade stage.
• Importing Group Space Templates
• Importing Image Routing (IPM) Artifacts

ERROR
-----------------------
• Sub task Importing Group Space Templates fails with following details.
Importing changes to GST File "/app/orasoa/fsn/apps/11.1.7/fusionapps/applications/prj/spaces/templates/Project_Space_Template_for_Oracle_Fusion_Projects.ear" The importGroupSpaces() WLST command failed, COMMONLOG-00011 : "Importing Group Space Templates" configuration failed. WC_Spaces server log provides “Cannot get folder with the GUID, fb668b78-acd1-47ce-b83b-2ec77dcd525a, from the Oracle Content Server. oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: No service defined for COLLECTION_INFO”

• Sub task importing Image Routing (IPM) Artifacts throws following error.
Deploying [/app/orasoa/fsn/apps/11.1.7/fusionapps/applications/fin/ap/ipm/ApInvoiceIpmApp.xml, /app/orasoa/fsn/apps/11.1.7/fusionapps/applications/fin/exm/ipm/ExmExpenseReportIpmApp.xml] IPM file(s) have failed. Please refer to the logs for details. Continuing with the next configuration.

1. Run upgrade archestration from Rel 7 to Rel 8
