Symptoms
After terminating the work relationship of an employee, when trying to rehire this employee the action does not work, its giving an error.
Also getting the error upon hiring a new employee or creating new employee using HDL.
ERROR
JBO-ORA-20001: The {ELEM_NAME} element has a setting in effect that does not allow new entries. Details: The closed for entry indicator on the element prevents the creation of new entries or the extension of the end date on an existing entry. Existing entries remain available to employees that have them already.ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ENTRY_MAINTENANCE", line 236ORA-06512: at line 1: ORA-20001: The {ELEM_NAME} element has a setting in effect that does not allow new entries.
