Fusion OTBI : DASHBOARD PROMPT "LIMIT BY" GIVES ODBC ERROR (Doc ID 2127051.1)

Symptoms


When using Limit Values by Plan for Manager / Custom Column, user gets Error.

Limit by option in dashboard prompt not working when limited with compensation plan name

I.e Edit the second prompt for manager name and set the limit by to Plan name

When user views/executes the dashboard they get the below ODBC error for the second prompt "Manager name"

Error - Failed to load (Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).)

Case statement used Not-working
CASE WHEN "Compensation Plan Cycles"."Cycle Status" <> 'CLOSED' THEN "Compensation Plan Details"."Plan Name" ELSE NULL END

when we use the below case it working i.e Compensation Plan Details"."Plan Status"
CASE WHEN "Compensation Plan Details"."Plan Status" <> 'Fermé' THEN "Compensation Plan Details"."Plan Name" ELSE NULL END
